Terms & Conditions

  1. The “Tickled Pink Bingo” promotion is available to all residents of the UK, aged over 18.
  2. The Promotion is available at all participating Asda Stores in the UK.
  3. To take part consumers will be required to make a donation to Tickled Pink (suggested donation of £1 of which at least 70p goes directly towards Breast Cancer Campaign and Breast Cancer Care Registered Charities). A Tickled Pink Bingo game card will be issued with every donation made between 17th September and 30th November 2012. There is no limit to the number of dabbers purchased by any consumer. There are a total of 1,000,000 dabbers for sale, the promotion will close once all dabbers are sold.
  4. Northern Ireland residents only can alternatively enter without product purchase and with the same chances of winning by sending their name, address, date of birth and contact number to Tickled Pink Bingo, c/o Banana Kick, The Engine Room, Roundhouse Business Park, Graingers Way, Leeds LS12 1AH. All entries are limited to one entry per stamped postcard, per person, per day. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
    All postal entries must be received before prior to 30th November 2012.
  5. To play the game participants will be required to match the numbers on their bingo game card against those displayed in store (locations of numbers may vary by store size and format). Prizes will be awarded for participants matching all numbers in 1 line, 2 lines or a full house (all numbers matched).
  6. There are a total of 551 x Bronze ASDA Gifts experience choice vouchers for participants matching 1 line. 551 x Silver ASDA Gifts experience choice vouchers for participants matching 2 lines and 100 x £100 Asda Gifts experience vouchers for participants matching all numbers (full house). Where all numbers have been matched participants will automatically be entered into a free prize draw to win a brand new Mini One (Factory order, white or black with cloth interior, winner responsible for own insurance). The free prize draw will take place on 12th December 2012.
  7. Winners will be required to visit www.ASDA-gifts.co.uk to input their full name, contact telephone number, email address and postal address details and unique reference number featured on their winning card. Upon winning card details being verified prizes will be issued accordingly.
  8. Upon winning you will be issued with a voucher valid for 10 months. You may only choose experiences that are included in the Bronze or Silver gift experience choice voucher. £100 voucher is not valid for any tangible items or print and go tickets and is only valid for the specified experiences on www.ASDA-gifts.co.uk. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other gift experience, special offers or discount codes.
    Bronze and Silver gift experience choice vouchers have £0.00 cash value. Bronze and Silver gift experience choice vouchers cannot be used against exchanges, extensions, money on account, delivery, gift packs or any other facility provided by ASDA gifts. No alternative offered. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the delivery of the Asda Gifts experience voucher in the event that the recipient provides an incorrect or illegible address or other contact details.
  9. All participants are bound to these terms and conditions and breach of these terms will result in the forfeit of the game card and prize that may have been gained.
  10. There are no cash or prize alternatives to those stated. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. The Promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion, amend these terms and conditions and/or declare a void notification.
  11. Competition closing date is 30th November 2012. All bingo cards must be redeemed by 12th December 2012. Any bingo cards redeemed after this date will be refused.
  12. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the
    decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. By entering this competition, the participant consent to the use of your personal data by the Promoter as set out in these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy located at [insert]. The Promoter will not pass your details to any third party not referred to in these terms and conditions and/or its privacy policy.
  14. All costs that may be occurred from receiving an Asda Gift experience voucher or the Mini will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
